ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Custom orders take between 2-3 business days to complete prior to shipping. Certain items may take longer and will have a note of approximately how long it will take in the product description. If you have any questions about your order proccessing time, call us at 850-222-2583 and we will be happy to assist you.
Please double check any spelling or monogram orders as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling/typing errors. If a spelling error is made please contact us immediately and we will be happy to make any corrections.
You have the option of choosing UPS (with tracking) or USPS (no tracking) for shipping. We are currently working on our shipping prices and will contact you if shipping happens to be more or less. At this time we are unable to ship outside of the continental US.
We are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit within 15 days on any non-personalized item. Items must be in original, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging along with the receipt. Please contact us at 850-222-2583 prior to sending the item back so we can first assist you with any questions you may have.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Should you receive an item that is incorrect please call us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
